About me
I am currently an Assistant Professor of Management at the Sobey School of Business, Saint Mary’s University. I completed my PhD in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management at Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador in 2017.
My research is focused on leadership, well-being, and barriers to women’s representation in leadership roles. I examine the benefits of mindfulness in each of these areas to promote healthy work, diversity, and effective leadership.
I regularly work with organizations and the community to create and share knowledge about the importance of well-being and inclusion at work.
I am a mindfulness practitioner, and I enjoy travelling, yoga, and spending time with family. If you are interested in discussing research or working together, please reach out.
